Excellent place with its free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a place to exchange money on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a pleasant visit. I’m coming back for Christmas!

Local guest policy needs reconsideration!!! Room cleanliness was subpar, and the crying need for better maintenance and deep cleaning is evident throughout the property. A shame to see such neglect in a place with potential!!!

Comfortable bed and pillows!

It was just an optimal selection for a hurried visit in Wilkes-Barre with good price value. Bring your own snacks since the vending machines were very limited.

the air conditioning was absolutely unbearable, louder than a freight train. oh, and let's not forget the unkempt courtyard, looking like a forgotten dumpster. i almost wrote a glowing review, but the lack of service at breakfast and the dismal state of the pool ruined it. what a shame for a hotel that could've been wonderful.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I loved how the kids had so many options to choose from. The kitchen staff were super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with various items, and the staff in the kitchen were incredibly attentive. One downside was that the ice machines were out of order, which was frustrating. Additionally, access to electrical outlets was poor, having to crawl under the desk just to plug in the microwave.

the bathroom was clean , but the shower pressure was low. the breakfast offered sausage and eggs which were tasty. the staff was really friendly and helpful. parking was plentiful and convenient.

The room was clean, and all the staff were amazing, especially Mrs Lee in the breakfast area. She greeted every guest and ensured everything was satisfactory. The breakfast selection was impressive with various options available that catered to different tastes.

my stay was fantastic! the room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator, making it feel like home. breakfast was impressive with a great selection, especially the oatmeal with fruits and toppings that i loved.
